We listen, explore context and identify the problem, opportunity, people involved, current state and what matters. The objective is to establish a shared understanding that both sides can work from.

Clarify the outcome before choosing the means.
We clarify the desired state, constraints, assumptions, stakeholders and what success should look like. This creates a shared definition of the problem and the outcome we are trying to create.
03 · Engineer
Determine and design the right solution path.
We assess the appropriate path using the HUMS solution framework. The answer may be an existing product, configuration, customization, integration, custom engineering, a new product, a third-party solution—or no software at all.

Build, integrate, implement and validate.
We execute the agreed solution with clear responsibilities, evidence of progress, controlled changes and validation against the intended outcome.

Learn from what happened and decide what comes next.
Delivery is not the same as success. We review outcomes, feedback, lessons and unresolved issues, then determine whether to improve, continue, expand, transition, productize or close the engagement.
